Concept

Using Lightness channel in the Lab color mode create amazing grayscale output.

1. Open an image to apply photoshop Lab Color mode.

2. Image> Mode > Lab Color

3. Switch to Channels Palette or

Windows > Channels

4. Select Lightness

5. Delete a or b Channels by dragging it to the "Delete current channel" Button shown in red mark.

6. Image > Mode

Switch to Grayscale from Multichannel
